Account Deletion

1. How to request account deletion in the app

If you can sign in to AI Resume Maker, open the app and go to the support section. Create a new support request and choose the Delete Account category. In your request, include the email address, login method, or account details that help us identify the correct account.

2. If you cannot access the app

If you cannot access AI Resume Maker, email support@appcraft360.com with the subject line AI Resume Maker account deletion request. Please include the email address or sign-in method linked to your account and any details that help us verify ownership.

3. What happens after you submit a request

We review deletion requests to confirm account ownership and help prevent unauthorized deletion. Once verified, we will begin deleting or de-identifying the account data associated with your use of AI Resume Maker.

4. What data is deleted

When applicable, we will delete or de-identify profile details, resume content, cover letter content, support-linked account information, and other user-generated account data that is no longer required to operate the service or comply with legal obligations.

5. What data may be retained

We may retain limited records where needed for billing, payment reconciliation, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, security, legal compliance, dispute handling, backup recovery, and enforcement of our terms. Retained data will be limited to what is reasonably necessary for those purposes.

6. Processing timeline

We aim to review and process verified deletion requests within 7 to 14 business days, although some backup or operational systems may take longer to fully cycle out retained copies.
